Our "Camera shots" project required us to create a visual story of an inanimate object using 15 images. These shots had to incorporate the shots and angles learned in class. Some of these have established shots, long shots, medium shots, close-ups, extreme close-ups and perspective shots, and high and low angles.
Me and my partner decided to create our project with a granola bar. We pre-planned all our shots and location based on our story, so we knew what shots we had to take. Once we had the story and the plan figured out, we were able to actually get the shots.

We used a bathroom as our location, so one of us had to take the shots and the other had to verify and share their opinions, using the shots and angles we learned, making sure they clearly portrayed our story. When we were satisfied with the final result of our images, we created a powerpoint presentation where we added the images; that's how the story went and it was easier to follow. Each image was labeled on a slide and we determined which image/angle was used and how it contributed to the development of the story.
I think we managed the organization and implementation of the project quite well. We fully planned all the images in advance to fit perfectly into the story; This allowed us to work efficiently and on time. I would also say that we shot each image to be an accurate representation of each shot; a person could easily understand what shot or angle he is looking at when he looks at our project. However, I wish we had spent less time planning and use the time in class to take the shots and evaluate the images, as we couldn't be both there physically to do it. So overall, I feel like we could have used our time better and that is something that we definitely need to improve for the next time.
